Brought my BMW in for suspension work and some regular maintenance and couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. The team was easy to work with, honest , and does it right. The shop itself is next level. Seriously clean, organized, and clearly run by people who care about what they do. You can tell they take a lot of pride in both the cars and the space. Car drives amazing now and the whole experience was smooth from start to finish. If you’re looking for a solid BMW shop you can trust, I’d absolutely recommend them.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Hands Down the Best BMW Shop Around — Skip the Dealerships! Andrew and his team at Bavarian House are the real deal. They got my BMW running like new again and went above and beyond — even performing extra tests on their own just to make sure they found the real issue, not to nickel and dime me like the dealership would. BMW of Salem told me I needed a $56,000 engine and wanted to charge $1,600 just for a compression test — on top of $800 for mismatched coil packs that weren’t even factory. They couldn’t prove their diagnosis, and they had me calling back and forth with the warranty company myself, which they were supposed to handle. Andrew and his crew took the time to properly diagnose everything and found that all it needed was a new set of spark plugs and the removal of a bad tune someone had installed before I owned the car. They fixed it right, explained everything clearly, and treated my car like their own. I’ll never take my BMW back to a dealership again — not even for an oil change. If your car needs work, even if you have to tow it, take it to Bavarian House. Honest people who know what they’re doing and actually care about getting it right.

They retrofitted Laser Headlights on my M4 Competition and everything went smoothly! The lights fit perfectly. Always fun to be in their shop seeing a lot of M Cars and other BMWs. The best place for any BMW.

I took my 2016 BMW X5 to Bavarian House based off recommendation and I am leaving this review, to extend that recommendation to anyone reading this. If you want your care taken care of by trustworthy experts, bring your BMW here. I have had my fair share of shady mechanics in the past, so working with Andrew (The Owner) was a super relieving. From the customer service to communication they have all of the boxes checked. Andrew was super communicative throughout the duration of my service. They let me know of all issues they found with thorough explanations and photos for proof, going above and beyond any mechanic shop I have been to. I am glad I found a shop to take care of my BMW and I encourage anyone looking for service to take your car here. TL;DR Excellent mechanic shop. Pros: Customer Service Communication Honesty Service + service record reporting. Secure Location Pricing Fast and Efficient Works with warranty No surprise fees. Cons: None - No complaints whatsoever. Sidenote - went through warranty and Andrew made it a very easy process.

I have been going to Bavarian house since they first opened up shop back in 2021. And every single time, Andrew and his team has gone above and beyond, and have never disappointed. From small wear and tear and maintenance, all the way to motor out and differential. They have nailed it perfectly. I have gotten my differential reinforced and serviced, the PCV, Valve cover, And the dreaded crank hub all done by Bavarian House. Andrew and his team will constantly give you updates, their own personal inputs just for the sake of you, And work around your time, the best they can. The bottom line is if you have a BMW this is your one stop shop and the only place you should go.
