Over the last several years, I have bought quite a bit of glass from bullseye. This last piece of premium glass I bought is awful! It chips & cuts horribly. I will waste at least 1/2 the piece to get what I need out of it because of poor production. When I contacted them, they’re literally doing nothing about it. I would rather use a cheap glass because it cuts better than this piece. This piece should have been in curious and it wasn’t and they’re doing nothing. I find it a little disingenuous that I waited all day for the phone call you said was made and yet no message was left. I also find it disingenuous that I sent the pictures your employee asked for and received no reply. Janet first replied to my email saying pictures didn’t go through. I resent them and on my end said received. I bought the glass for an imminent project, and have used the glass to complete said project, with an immense amount of waste. I don’t have time to return glass for you to test what is left. I am happy to hear that no one else has reported issues with said glass. Although it doesn’t mean this corner doesn’t have issues 🤣

I’m a stained glass hobbyist and this is the best resource center! Beyond incredible selection of glass and the staff here are so kind and helpful. I definitely plan on taking a class here in the future as well.

I frequent Bullseye glass for my business as I create mosaic architectural installations. The customer service in the Resource Center is impeccable. They let you search for the glass you're looking for and check on you often to see if they can help at all. Excellent customer service Bravo Bullseye glass.

What a wonderful adventure! I'm just learning glass fusion and this was a amazing experience. Excellent customer service and helpful advice from no pressure sales team was fantastic, they showed me sale items after a short tour. Can't wait to get home a start creating.
