This is an awesome spot for used refurbished bikes. The staff was super knowledgeable!! Sea helped my son pick out a bike and get all the accessories he needed! Easy breezy. 100% recommended this spot

More reviews on GoogleNeeded to buy a specific part and get some service done. Admittedly, I came in expecting subpar service due to other recent reviews.. I’m extremely happy to report I was dead wrong - and frankly, now I’m scratching my head over what the other reviewers could have possibly been talking about. Did we even go to the same place?? I went to FIVE other bike shops before this, and these guys’ professionalism soared far above the others. Like, it’s not even comparable. This place was nothing short of exceptional. Everyone was extremely kind, helpful, and accommodating. I made it clear off the bat that my bike knowledge is quite novice, and they were professional and accommodating. Also taught me a thing or two! The service itself was also quick and fairly priced. Highly recommend! Especially for someone newer to the biking world seeking services and non-judgmental guidance!
I read a lot of bad reviews on this place mainly concerning customer service but the younger girl (sorry if I’ve mistaken their gender) with the glasses and that kind of short mullet cut, kicks ass. You need to give them a raise cause I was prepared to be treated like a know-nothing or noob and she was nothing but polite and helpful. She even took the time to explain to me how to tell the difference between a top and bottom pull derailleur and was more than happy to go in the back to find me a bottom bracket. After she explained it, if anything I felt bad for wasting her time on something that should’ve been obvious 😂. If possible figuring out a way people can tip with debit when they pay would be awesome too. She definitely earned one. Hopefully I’ll see them again when I come back. Awesome experience and awesome store with quality parts. Prices are a bit steep for used and donated parts, $5 for a rear disk brake steel cable and $15 for a used bottom bracket, but outside the coops getting parts like that right now today is near impossible so I’m grateful for them and will gladly pay at store or slightly below online prices any day. Thanks for all you guys do it is appreciated
I have such a love hate for this place. I love it that it's local, great offerings, cool classes and decent prices. I hate that the staff is always snappy, too stressed to help, or trying to get me to bring my bike in on something that I can surely do myself. I did have a pretty good experience this last time with the girl in the gear shop. She was the most helpful I've experienced. Please adjust the attitudes so the neighborhood can keep supporting. A hospitality class could be helpful.
Fantastic local bike shop, new and used. Repair, new, and used quality parts, friendly people, and a good business to donate to,but if you want to donate a bike, there is a charge. Kids workshops and summer classes. Multiple locations. They sponsor great fundraising events all year.
