We had a full detail done on our Jeep and I honestly couldn’t be more impressed. He spent hours on it and was incredibly detail-oriented — nothing was rushed. I recently hired Elite Shine Automotive Detailing and had Justin and Michael come to my house in Portland to detail my work truck. They did an outstanding job from top to bottom, inside and out. The team arrived right on time at 7:30 AM and worked diligently all day until around 4:00 p.m., never cutting corners or rushing. They carefully addressed every concern I raised, with special focus on the heavy sap and pollen buildup coating the exterior. The paint came back looking refreshed, clean, and fully protected. Inside, they completely transformed the back seats, which had turned into a total disaster area after being used as a “mess hall” by toddlers. They removed stubborn stains, crumbs, spills, and grime I was convinced were permanent, leaving everything spotless and smelling fresh. Justin and Michael demonstrated incredible work ethic, professionalism, and meticulous attention to detail the entire time. They were friendly, communicative, and clearly take great pride in their work. My truck looks and feels brand new again.
