My vintage mini van had me worried when it suddenly stopped and was producing smoke, just a few block from this mechanic. I was able to get it to the shop where they diagnosed a broken belt and seized pulley. They had everything fixed within 24 hours. I was glad they could help me on short notice, with clear communication and friendly service. Thanks again guys! Im sure I’ll be back - hopefully not too soon.

I'm so grateful to have this honest, family business in my neighborhood. I've went to them for years to work on two different Honda fits I've owned over the years. They recently fixed a poor mpg issue on my 2012 fit with nearly 200k miles. They got my Honda running as good as new..Their prices are fair and competitive.

They did a great job on my car. Got it done as quickly as they could and came in much cheaper than the dealership quoted me for. Will continue to go to them. Driving my car away it felt immediately smoother.

I have being going here for over 20 years. These guys are the best! This local family owned business is a gem. They don’t up sell and there is no mansplaining. I have sent well over 25 people here and people (the majority of who have been women) have been pleased with the service. They are fair, honest and explain things well. I am so happy to have them care for our vehicles over the years. Their pre-sale inspections have saved me from some very bad used car purchases. Grateful every year for Jim and Brian.

I was recommended FDA from a buddy years ago and I haven’t stopped using them since. Jim and Brian are straight up people. Car problems aren’t always the cheapest but I know I’m not being done wrong when I go to them. I’ve gotten my window door panel repaired to my all my brakes done and never had issues. 10/10 recommend for anyone looking for an honest mechanic.
