My oil light came on and went to Jiffy Lube to see about an oil change. The price was a little high and the manager said I can pull up to get topped off and glad I did. Needed some fluids topped off that were very low and Josh (I think that was his name) did an awesome job and was so professional. I will definitely be coming back to get the oil change and they didn’t charge me to top off, clean the windshield and check my tire pressure. Thank you for the great service!!!
They really went the extra mile with my oil change! I came in for an oil change and had explained to them that the heater wasn’t working in my car, they checked on it for me by looking at the fuses even though I only wanted an oil change..That was really commendable of them!! Best Jiffy Lube I’ve had service at this far!!👍
I came in for an oil change, and honestly, I was a little hesitant at first because I’ve had some bad experiences at other quick service places in the past either being overcharged, rushed, or pressured into things I didn’t need. But tfrom the moment I pulled in, the staff was friendly, professional, and took the time to explain everything they were doing. They checked over my car thoroughly, gave honest recommendations, and didn’t try to upsell me on anything unnecessary. The service was quick but still felt personal, and the price was totally fair for the quality of work they did. They even went over everything before I left to make sure I was satisfied and understood what had been done. It’s been a while since I’ve left a place like this feeling genuinely confident about the service I received. My car’s running smoother than ever, and I’ll definitely be coming back to this location for future oil changes and maintenance. Highly recommend!
