Megan was SO awesome to work with! She helped me with an issue that I had with my tires and explained the options and different price ranges for new tires which I really appreciated! The crew was efficient too and got me in and out in no time! Thank you Megan & Crew!!
I had a AAA tow truck. Take me to this Les Schwab at 5:40 and not only did they repair my tire right then and there but the employees stayed late to do so! I was really impressed with how kind and understanding they were, the quality and promise of the repair and the overall customer service in general. I will be going back to this location the next time I need tires, brakes or anything else. Les Schwab does. Highly recommend!
Longtime Schwab customer here (been a buying Schwab tires & services since Les HIMSELF was doing TV commercials). A recent experience is WHY. Wife's car needed new wheel struts & Maybe 4 tires. We were told tires were good for at least another 10K miles (no attempt to upsell). Struts replaced, tested, corrections made, & RE-tested until they were satisfied that the job was done correctly. All communication (by phone & in person) was prompt & informative. Like I was speaking with a brother who was a mechanic, not to a salesman. This is why my family continues to go there. Outstanding service! And 45 minutes before closing! Although the 82nd Avenue facility was so busy already, they were accommodating my desperate need to repair my tire so I could make an important doctor's appointment the next morning. Very pleasant and amazing service! They even checked all of my tires to ensure the best tire pressure. I have to say that Les Schwab has ALWAYS been an outstanding company and service is always great!

All done, and thanks to the crew, keep up the great work.👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽 This specific location I've never been to until today. However, Gabe and Carey got my brakes and wheel alignment done quickly once the parts arrived.
