Took my car in Saturday 1/10 for a battery and an alignment. Over two and a half hours after having my car, they called me told me they'd recommend three new tires to match the new one I had put on last month. 4 hours later , (a total of seven + hours) they call to say my car.was ready. I go and pick it up. pay over $1000. Come back home and get a call from the lady telling me they didn't do the alignment and I shouldn't have been charged. She didn't read the notes. So I talk to the mechanic and it turns out I need new tire rods which they said they would guarantee to have in Monday and I could drop my car back off upon open Saturday 1/17 and it takes two hours, and they'll get it done. I dropped my car off this morning to find out they're going want another $800 for the rods and labor. Seven hours later, I get a call telling me, the alignment wasn't working because the rods are the wrong size and now they gotta order new ones, They said they will get it done to night. Which left me questioning how when they closed in 2 hours Turns out they switch to some new computer system so they had trouble ordering the right parts. Parts didn't show up till 4:45. They got those installed in a 1/2 but then it took over 1.5 hours for the alignment. Didn't get my car till 6:30pm. They droped.the price of the rods down to cost but I still ended up paying over $650. I was a loyal customer but after this Im questioning if I feel comfortable returning.Never heard back from corporate after emailing thim about what happened the first Saturday. And if you read some of the other reviews with the same issues, and Les Schwab response is a generic (non emotional) apology. Also in 2020 the family sold to an investment group wich everyone knows they're in it for money nut customer service.

More reviews on GoogleI had a flight to catch in 3 hours and found myself across town at my last stop when the light in the car turned on - of course, a nail in my tire. I hobbled the 3 miles to this, the closest Les. The gal at the desk told me they were a 2 hour wait. I explained my flight situation and she hustled back to the manager to consult. Like an angel, she returned with great news - I handed over my keys and the job was done in 15/20 minutes. They allowed me to get home, gather a child, finish packing, and comfortably make my flight to make Family Christmas. They didn't have to do it & I appreciate being seen.
Dont go here. Been here twice and had terrible service both times. They always take longer than they quote. On one occasion I was severely underquoted. The short guy is a piece of work. Cocky attitude, acts like he'd rather be doing anything else than help. On one occasion he tried to tell me there was nothing wrong with my car when it had a flat tire. I will no longer be using any Les Schwab location, all because of the horrible service at this one. Thanks a lot
Staff Very friendly and polite. The guy replaced my steering tires on my semi truck in about 1 hour or less very professional.
Had a nail in my tire and stopped off at this Les Schwab location hoping it would be a quick repair. Three hours of sitting in the waiting room, my car has still not been looked at. Why didn’t someone tell me I would be waiting for three plus hours. I am not planning to use Les Schwab for tire work in the future
