I am so sick of walking into O'Reilly locations and the one person at the counter is ON THE PHONE and I have to stand there like a schmuck and wait forever TO SPEND MONEY at this business. Does anyone else see the idiocy is this?? Walked out. Went to a competitor. I suggest you all save your valuable time and do the same!

Andrew and Christina were the BEST and so helpful, very informative on what was happening with a battery change that could’ve gone wrong had we gone somewhere else or tried to do it ourselves. They both went above and beyond for us, so grateful they were there and as helpful as they were. Thank you guys SO much

I had to get a new truck battery. Dan, the manager helped me. There were 2 sizes for my rig. I opted for the larger. $200 out the door and he installed it! Stellar service! Thanks Dan!

There were 2 guys working, and one employee not in uniform in the store as a customer buying stuff. So one employee helped me get the type of coolant I needed, rang me up and that was it. I couldn't even open the top, so he opened and popped the liner. While this was going on the un-uniformed guy left, so the second employee told me not to put it in now because my car was too hot (good tip!), then the second employee asked if I had a funnel? Uh no. Why didn't the first employee ask me this? So I purchased a funnel. At other O'Reilly stores the employees seem much more helpful. I probably won't go back to that location.

Went to pick up a donated item, Cyrus at the front counter looked at me like I was crazy and said “I didn’t take that call and I have no idea what you’re talking about”, and offered no further assistance. Luckily his coworker stepped in and helped me figure it out. Cyrus was beyond unprofessional and doesn’t know how to provide adequate customer service.
