I cannot speak highly enough of Fidelity National Title and the incredible team we had the pleasure of working with during our recent home buying process. From the moment we began working with them, we were greeted with professionalism, expertise, and a genuine desire to help us navigate the often complex world of real estate transactions. Jennifer, Kathy, and the rest of the team at Fidelity National Title were absolute rockstars. They took the time to talk with us and explain the entire process in a way that was easy to understand, ensuring that we felt confident and informed every step of the way. Their attention to detail and dedication to our needs truly set them apart from other title companies we have worked with in the past. Thanks to the hard work and expertise of the Fidelity National Title team, we were able to secure the title and deed to our new property without any hiccups or delays. Their commitment to excellence and customer service was evident in every interaction we had with them, and we could not be more grateful for their guidance and support throughout the entire process. Working with Fidelity National Title was not only a seamless experience, but it was also a joy. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of title services, as their professionalism, knowledge, and dedication to their clients truly set them apart. Five stars all around for Fidelity National Title and the amazing team that made our home buying journey a smooth and successful one.

More reviews on GoogleWorst experience ever. Gave them 3 weeks for a Cash transaction. Both realtors said we were set to close on time. Poor communication from Georgina the whole time. Unanswered emails. No effort on her part to explain anything till the 11th hour. Night before closing our realtor says all we need is funds and signatures. On the day of closing at 3:30 Georgina suddenly decides she needs more information. Seems we were nowhere near closing. Had to change all our plans. Cancel movers and truck, cancel cleaning crew for 2nd time. Cancel weekend plans for family celebration. When we tried to find out how this happened we caught Georgina in several dishonest statements that contradicted our realtors explanation. She was even “miscommunicating” with her own assistant who sent us wiring instructions when we weren’t even close to closing. A complete mess which led to us backing out of the whole transaction and terminating the contract. A huge loss of a dream but we just couldn’t trust her. It left a sour note to what should have been a fun exciting experience. Georgina doesn’t seem to care that buying a home is one of the biggest moves any of us will ever make. If she can’t even communicate with both realtors why is she in this business? We are crushed.
Georgina was awesome, friendly, and a pleasure to deal with! Thank you for making the closing process for my home so simple and streamlined!
Great company!!! Helped me avoid eviction on my apartment.
Kara is perhaps the best escrow officer I have ever had in my real estate dealings. I have had numerous real estate transactions throughout the USA and in Europe. She gets an A+ and is a shining example of what Escrow Officers should be. I recommend the company and if you are lucky you will have Kara as your escrow officer. If you choose her you will not be disappointed.
