Its really nice to have a wine shop in the Beaverton area that allows you to taste wines from different regions. Madalyn and Alec are very knowledgeable and welcoming. We always have a great experience when we are there.
My wife and I dropped into the store on a whim, and were pleasantly surprised. Alec was welcoming, knowledgeable, and enjoyable to just chat with. The store has a vast bounty of wines that are made with intention, and other goodies that fit into the thoughtful artisan niche. They are a gem given their location - probably the only bottle shop on the west side that focuses on low intervention wines and carefully curates their allocations with their distributors to only include things that they enjoy themselves. Couldn't recommend any more highly!
If you're looking for a top-notch wine shop, Westwide Wines is where it's at! Madalyn is an absolute gem—her wine knowledge is on point, and she gave us fantastic recommendations, whether we were stocking up for a party or treating ourselves. The best part? She remembers her customers! After just one visit, I came back a few weeks later, and she immediately recalled the wines I’d picked out before. Talk about personal service! When they were out of one of my go-to bottles, Madalyn went the extra mile to place an order and even texted me when it was back in stock. The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming, and the store itself is just adorable. I also love how every wine is labeled with its region, and the prices are surprisingly reasonable—no sticker shock here! Whether you're after a budget-friendly pick or something special, Madalyn truly listens to what you're looking for and makes sure you find something perfect. 10/10 would recommend. Westwide Wines is definitely a must-visit for any wine lover!
Fabulous selection with friendly and knowledgeable owners! I came for an event and really enjoyed exploring the diverse and unusual wines - along with all the little trinkets and local art. The shop is really charming and has a couple of tables for lingering, too. It's a great spot and I'll definitely return, especially when looking for harder to find varietals.
This is a very warm, transporting bottle shop—the owners are well versed in the various regions and offered great suggestions. The wines themselves were fantastic. Plenty of Oregon/Washington wines available in addition to other less traveled regions of the world. Delightful!
