I visited SaunaGlo for the first time yesterday and it was absolutely amazing. The atmosphere is very inviting and friendly. Everything is clean and beautiful. I slept sooo well when I got home. I will definitely be back!
I attended a guided women’s sauna reset at SaunaGlo last night, and it was a genuinely special experience. The entire evening felt quiet, intentional, and intimate in a way that made it easy to fully settle in and be present. Naomi was an incredibly conscientious guide throughout the session. She held the space with care and authenticity, creating an environment that felt safe, welcoming, and grounding. The group dynamic was equally beautiful. The other participants showed up open, vulnerable, and deeply supportive of one another, which made the experience even more meaningful. The staff also deserve recognition. They moved seamlessly behind the scenes, thoughtfully incorporating essential oils and small sensory details that elevated the entire experience without ever feeling intrusive. If you’re looking for a restorative, heart-centered wellness experience, I would absolutely recommend attending one of their guided sessions.
Wonderful authentic Finnish sauna and cold plunge venue, with a very personable clientele. I thoroughly enjoyed my time here rejuvenating my body, mind, and soul. The staff are lovely, knowledgeable about genuine Finnish sauna details, is officially recognized by the governing body of saunas in Finland, genuinely care about you here, which stood out to me among other sauna spots I’ve been to over the years. Look no further, go and get your glow up on at SaunaGlo!
Super nice sauna, the only Finnish certified one around. It's huge and has a lot of different height gradients which is nice if you are new to Sauna or a vet. People are friendly and really respectful. Nice lounge, and cold plunge. Excellent value.
I had an amazing experience here. A friend came recently and recommended it to me, and I had no idea what to expect but have wanted to try a sauna for a while. It is relaxing, friendly, and they’ve got their bases covered for the locker room and showers. The lockers do not require a key or padlock which is wonderful. The changing stalls double as shower stalls, and they’re stocked with shampoo, body wash, and conditioner. There’s even a hair dryer if you need it! You can buy snacks and a few beverages, there is water with cups to use…. I could go on but you should just check it out in your own.
