From the first appointment scheduling call, to helping navigate the insurance companies, through to the delivery of our repaired vehicle, I never once had to chase an update and have never experienced a more committed staff focused on ensuring we felt no burden throughout the process. A few months ago someone side swiped my car in Alberta. They were nice enough to leave a note. I thought my car would get totaled out and would be a headache. But they worked with me and the pricing was great. Car was in and out in a day or two. It was great. Nick was excellent. Highly recommend.
We recently had auto body work done on our 2017 Suburban, and this shop delivered on every level that matters.

Something happened at this shop and there seems to have been a mass exodus. Nick the first person who was helping me, he left. Then I was told "the painter" left and they were having to hire a new painter. They had my car 6 weeks. When I finally got it back, a part was not installed correctly on the hatch which caused a massive leak in the back, the whole trunk space was soaked. Had it back for a few days, once it stopped raining the sun came out, my back door and the repair was swirled, not sure why they even touched it, it was not damaged in the accident. This is a black car, and they don't know how to handle a black paint job, you don't buff black, they buffed the paint and left swirls. They are always very cordial and polite about having to rework the car, and I haven't charged them for a rental, they have my car back in the shop today, I am not a happy camper.

Fix Auto made dealing with my insurance claim one of the easiest and most painless experiences I have ever had. From the moment I contacted them to make an appointment, they handled everything—including the appraisal process and working directly with my insurance company.
They even arranged my rental car, and when my car was ready, they handled the rental return for me. My car was returned looking as nice as the day I purchased it. I really appreciate the care, attention to detail, and great communication. This is a great shop all around—I would definitely recommend them.
