We have used JMI limousines for several years to view Christmas lights around the Portland metro area & it’s always the absolute best time! Our driver is phenomenal and always remembers our favorite houses, makes extra stops for us, and is just so great. Stevi Jo is the contact we always work with for booking and she’s awesome. I just can’t say enough about them. Highly recommend!!
Had an AMAZING experience working with JMI Limousine!! From the moment I called till we were dropped off after four magical hours in their stunning luxurious Mercedes Sprinter that I rented to celebrate my son's 17th birthday. They allowed us to visit and sample all limos prior to booking, they were gracious, patient, helpful and accommodating. Mason the person who greeted us and showed us the vehicles was wonderful! We requested that he'd be the person to drive us on the event date, and he did not disappoint. The sprinter we rented was immaculate with ice and champagne glasses (served sparkling cider to my teen and his friends), water on ice, a killer sound system & a very cool light show. I have called a few other limos services, JMI stood out not only for their best pricing, but also their superb communication and customer service. I have never seen my son happier! We are not rich, but making lifetime memories is important to us. Worth every penny! Rent a limo from JMI you won't regret it. Life is short. Thank you JMI Limousine! We absolutely loved working with JMI. From the very first phone call to the confirmation with the main office, to our limo ride and driver, Shawn. We had so much fun for my son’s 21st birthday and it was so nice to let someone else drive us around and keep us safe. Thank you so much for one of the best nights ever! Fantastic company and even better people. Gilbert made our trip to the Ducks game so memorable. Easy to work with, great communication and a great knowledge of every area we were in. Thank you to JMI, Stevie Jo, and especially Gilbert. Even brought back sunglasses the next day that were left in the limo!
I used JMI Limo for my 30th birthday party and could not have been more happy with their service! I had been in contact with some other party bus companies before booking and ended up going with JMI because they had the most luxury fleet and the absolute best staff & service. They even allowed me to come check out the vehicle before my event, as I had some specific tech requirements that I wanted to test. I booked the Portland Ground Force (capacity 40+) for my group of 28 people and it was perfect size for us to move about the cabin comfortably. Also our driver was super attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed to have a blast! Thank you JMI!!
