I absolutely love omsi. Saw the studio Ghibli exhibits and the monsters of the deep. So much fun and a good family friendly and learning forward center.

More reviews on GoogleThis was cool but truly not worth it and pretty underwhelming. The entire upstairs which was supposed to have 2 additional large exhibits was closed. The main exhibit of fossils and prehistoric animals was cool, but all of the large fossils were replicas. Seeing a bunch of dinosaur fish bones was not that impressive. The planetarium had some laser shows that only ran every so often and lines were huge. Gift shop was lame with all of the random junk and very little OMSI branded stuff. Lots of cool areas for kids to do hands on stuff but this is not geared towards adults at all. Unless you have kids this is a waste of time and money.
Such a nice experience. My son loves the physics lab and the Chem room. I really like when they have events and there are tons of food trucks because the food options arent the best. Staff is usually nice. Upstairs wasn't open this go around. The membership is great!! Especially if you home school
Went to OMSI with a friend and had such a great time! The Monsters of the Abyss: Aquatic Predators Past + Present exhibit was fascinating — we even met a Caiman lizard named Crunch, who’s related to the prehistoric Megalania! The exhibit was full of interesting creatures and incredible displays. We also went to the planetarium, toured the USS Blueback submarine, and spent time in the engineering labs, which were so much fun. Everything was super engaging and well put together. OMSI is always a blast — definitely worth a visit for adults too, not just kids!
This was my first visit to OMSI, and I can see why so many people love it. The hands-on exhibits and interactive science areas are really well done — perfect for learning while having fun. It’s a great place to explore for a few hours and sparks curiosity in every age group. We also went to see the Earth movie, which was visually beautiful but mostly focused on climate change, so it wasn’t quite what I expected. Still, I enjoyed the overall experience and would definitely come back to explore more exhibits next time.
