My experience with PDX Motorcars was easy and efficient. Adam was my salesperson, and he was a friendly and relaxed dude. You can check out the carfax on their website for any of their cars to check out the history, which is pretty great. My only reservation with PDX Motorcars is the 500 dollar "theft protection" add on that I didn't ask for and wasn't told about till after I'd written the check. I wish I'd been given the option of having that insurance, or at least told about it before paying the money. Otherwise, I had a good experience here! EDIT: Not only did they call and offer to make this up to me, but said that they would change their practice and offer a line item list of the additional fees to customers before payment. I have to admit, I'm impressed. 5 stars!

We just bought my son his first car and had an excellent experience! Adam was very helpful and was easy to get in touch with. Ram was awesome also. We would come back here and recommend them highly. Everything was easy from start to finish. Lots of quality cars here and Carfax info was easily accessible. Thanks, Adam and Ram!

I really wish I could give these gentlemen more than 5 stars. My whole experience was exactly how I needed it to go. Chris, my sales representative, who I cannot recommend enough, immediately put me at ease with just his personality, and he stayed with us through the whole process. By the time we were done he felt like a mfriend. The owner personally came out with a great deal for me the very first time, which has never happened when I have purchased a car. The Finance manager, Ram, was so kind. There was absolutely zero pressure to buy anything extra, and all three of them were genuinely happy for me that I got the car I really wanted. Their inventory was impressive, with cars for most all budgets, and their transparency every step of the way was refreshing. Top service at this place. The whole experience was just lovely.

Best dealership around. Bought a car from these guys 1 year ago and was treated nice, got a good deal. Came back this week and traded it in for a sweeet Honda civic SI. All of this couldn’t have been possible without the excellent service from Adam and shiv!! Everyone really but these guys go above and beyond.

I purchased a 2013 manual Mazda3 hatch last week, the sales guys are very nonchalant and not overwhelming about selling cars which is always nice, was super quick purchase wise. Upon arrival there were some minor interior issues they fixed for me without hesitation. Cars do not get all fixed up like typical dealerships which is fine, for a 12 year old car it’s pretty mint. Just got an inspection at my mechanic it needed $800 worth of repairs like a cracked belt, old battery, flushes needed etc, but was expected. Overall it’s a decent dealer and priced pretty well. Would’ve been 5 stars if it didn’t need all the mechanical fixes:) sales people were great to chat with!
