Parts were in stock and available quickly, which I appreciated. However, every item I purchased was priced significantly above MSRP—some more than double. When I asked about the pricing, I was told they don’t control the prices and couldn’t make any adjustments. I even pulled up lower pricing from other official Toyota dealership websites, but nothing could be done. I later confirmed the differences again by calling another dealer. If I hadn’t already spent half a day on a time-sensitive project and been borrowing someone else’s vehicle, I likely would have walked out. I recommend checking prices with other Toyota dealerships before buying parts here.

Wow, defines how dishonest this dealership is. Call for a part number, they indicate there is only one place that has this part out of a Toyota warehouse in Ontario, CA, then add a 15% markup to the MSRP. Go online to another Toyota dealership (actually multiple OEM Toyota dealerships nationwide that were advertising online) that are selling the part for 35% below MSRP (and 43% below what Porland Toyota quote). DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE! This is after they screwed my son to the tune of $172.00 to program a key that WE BOUGHT from thier parts department for 2x what you can buy elsewhere. IMHO, completely unscrupulous, parts and service!!

They were short staffed and running behind.. but the staff kept me up to date and in the loop. They even offered me a car if I wanted to leave. Big thanks to Ian for being a rock star and so cool through the process.

Parts department very helpful and had everything I was looking for. Its a little more but your getting exactly what your car needs.
