I had an excellent experience leasing my car at this dealership. The entire process was incredibly smooth and easy from start to finish. Ariana, Christian, and Ted in sales were wonderful to work with. Keith in finance was also great and made the paperwork process straightforward and efficient. This was my first Subaru, and I’m very happy with my experience so far. Everyone I worked with was professional, knowledgeable, and respectful of my time, which made the process even more enjoyable. Highly recommend this dealer!! Had an amazing experience with the entire team over at Subaru of Portland! We'd been shopping around for about a month and were so tired of all the crazy sales tactics/mind games other dealers tried on us. We ended up walking out of four dealers total. When we walked into Subaru of Portland, it was a totally difference vibe. We felt immediately welcomed, were never pressured, and ended up leaving with the car we wanted at a great price. Biggest perks: they listened to us, they didn't pressure us, they were sensitive to our needs/boundaries. Everyone was super nice – like one big family over there. So grateful we waited to purchase from them. Well worth it!

Kian & Keith were incredible! They were super helpful, knowledgeable & efficient. Really happy with their performance on getting us set with a new 2026 Subaru Crosstrek, so much so that we’ll be going back once my husband is ready to get a new vehicle.

One of the worst car buying experiences here. When I bought my sti brand new from here the sales people were horrible! I was already pre approved and wanted to test drive a sti and the sales guy literally put a blank piece of paper on the table and said to sign it that I was gonna buy the car. It was so embarrassing, I should have left then. Lucky for them I wanted the car and was gonna get it regardless but would never buy another car from here again.
