I feel that this place is a classic place for me as its been around for some time now. The inside is spacious and you never feel crowded here (unless it's like a Fri/Sat night). We did a group happy gory here after work and our server was attentive and made sure we were not thirsty or hungry. They do have s small happy hour menu option and also discounted drinksduring happy hour.
Ive been coming here for quite some time now. Rontoms is great for a solo pop in or a night out. The bartenders and bouncer are so nice! ♡ Atmosphere is cozy. Most of the food is great but wouldnt recommend the crab cakes. Ordered them last night and the people sitting next to me cleared out 😂 prob not a good idea to sell (or order something) that smells so fishy in such a place.
Extremely mid food. This is a hot spot for drink and their night ambiance because the lighting is gorgeous, music can be a bit on the louder side depending on the night so sometimes it can be difficult to hear the folks you came with. But the food is something that was very disappointing to say the least. There was nothing spectacular about the service either, the food was quick to come out along with our drinks.
I personally didn't like the way the female bartender talked to me. The male waiter and male bartender on this night were very nice though. It would be wrong to judge the entire bar on this one person's attitude. Nice place, fun vibe, staff for the most part is very nice.
Bar is really cool but staff needs HELP. Asked for a drink and was given an insane amount of attitude. Asked for the bartenders name and was given even MORE attitude as if I was invading their privacy. Bar manager accused me of wanting my drink for free (after I had already given my card) because I asked for the rude bartenders name so I could put in a complaint (don't want a free drink just don't want to be treated poorly). I was having a great night until their unnecessary attitudes ruined it. Idk, human decency doesn't seem like much to ask for, not sure why things went so south. Bar manager "goes by coco" and other bartender had red curly hair, wasn't given her name. Seems like the place is run by a bunch of immature 20 year olds with attitude problems that don't care about customer service.
